Seventy-odd cuts of real people swimming, lifting, running, dancing and falling over, and the type moves with them: Take the plunge, Lift, Risk it, Laugh with it. Vertical and fast, it ends on the line it started with.

I designed the type animation to sit inside the footage, with frames, split screens and a mix of bold caps and italic serif.
